About The Trainer

Mr. Aaron Chan Chee Kin

Aaron Chan Chee Kin is a passionate Learning & Development professional with over 12 years of corporate experience in various industries, including property, engineering, healthcare, and finance. He specializes in leadership, team, and personal development, and is a Certified Ken Blanchard Trainer for First Time Managers and Situational Leadership II®. Aaron holds a master’s in engineering and a master’s in psychology and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 

In addition to his corporate roles, Aaron is an active Toastmaster, achieving the Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) award in 2019. He has also advised start-ups on human resource and learning & development matters, making him an asset for organizations looking to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
