Mrs. Juliana Philip

Juliana Philip is an experienced HR professional with over 16 years of experience spanning the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction and selection to post-employment. Having held both leadership and non-leadership roles, she has cultivated a deep understanding of various HR domains, striving to be a well-rounded practitioner.
Since transitioning to freelance HR training in January 2023 after earning her Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification, Juliana has leveraged her extensive prior training experience to build a robust clientele and portfolio from the ground up. She now provides expert consulting and training services to startups and SMEs, applying her knowledge to deliver impactful HR solutions tailored to their needs.
