He has worked with companies listed on the NASDAQ, SIX Swiss Exchange, and Bursa Malaysia, offering HR consultancy and advisory services. As an internal HR consultant, Darren has been the go-to person for C-suite executives, providing strategic HR support. He emphasizes the importance of data visualization for objective decision-making, advocating the use of dashboards and spreadsheets for deep data analytics in his book.
