About The Trainer
Mr. Maheswaran Ramalingam
Maheswaran is a distinguished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of health sciences and management. He holds two Master’s degrees; Science Management and Social Science by research. Maheswaran is currently pursuing a PhD in management. He is also a certified Ergonomics Trained Person by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
With over 15 years of experience as a Senior Lecturer in Educational Management and Occupational Safety and Health, Maheswaran has played a vital role in curriculum development and design for higher education. Due to his extensive academic experience, he was appointed as an MQA Panel Assessor under the Malaysia Qualifications Agency.
As an accredited HRDC trainer, Maheswaran conducts comprehensive training sessions on ergonomics, health science, mental health, time management, and communication skills. These training programs are tailored to meet clients’ specific needs, reflecting Maheswaran’s commitment to creating awareness and addressing ergonomic and mental health issues in the workplace.
