The Official Launch of HRD Corp Open Day, Penang – 10th March 2022

Malaysia HR Forum had the opportunity to present for the Malaysia HRD Corp Open Day Penang Panelist session which was held today morning.

We had the pleasure to present on eliminating forced labour in Malaysian industries.

Thanks to HRD Corp for the opportunity given to share our views. Arulkumar Singaraveloo shared that forced labour is something we can avoid by simply adhering to the Malaysia laws and various employment related provisions. Our laws covers almost all aspects with some areas that require further deliberation. If the cost of compliance is expensive, then try non-compliance!
