Munzir works at the MYXpats Centre in Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement, where he handles projects involving external stakeholders like Government Ministries, GLCs, and International Business Chambers. He transitioned to this role from the Client Relationship Management (CRM) department in early year 2024. Prior to joining TalentCorp, Munzir was with the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) under the Employment Insurance System
(EIS) Office and has been involved in providing Public Employment Services (PES) through Active Labour Market Policies (ALMPs). Munzir holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Universiti Tenaga Nasional. He is also a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP)
Aidi joined MYXpats since October 2016. In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring that the operational procedures of RP-T (Residence Pass-Talent) applications under the application stage (Stage 1) are maintained throughout the process. This involves direct communication with Government stakeholders (Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM), Ministry of Home Affairs Malaysia (KDN) and TalentCorp Group (Management), to schedule the monthly RP-T Secretariat meetings to decide on the RP-T applications and ensure compliance with the associated procedures. Before joining MYXpats, he worked as an account manager at the expatriate Services Centre, MDEC in Cyberjaya, to provide similar services to expatriates (for Employment Pass, Professional Visit Pass, and RP-T). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bath, England, United Kingdom.
