Terms & Conditions

  1. Open to anyone with a Malaysian Bank account, except employees and trainers of Malaysia HR Forum.
  2. Participation can be as an individual or group; however, the Cash Prize and certificate will only be awarded to the registered individual.
  3. During the quiz, login names must reflect full name and last 4 digits of MyKad/Passport number for verification purposes. e.g., John Doe (7654).
  4. Judges’ decision is final and non-contestable.
  5. Participants found cheating or using dishonest methods will be disqualified immediately. Judge’s decision shall be final.
  6. Prize money will be transferred to the registered winner’s bank account within 24 hours of the result announcement.
  7. Participants are solely responsible for securing a stable internet connection and a functioning device. Any disruptions due to connectivity or technical issues shall not be entertained as grounds for appeal or reconsideration.
  8. MyKad/Passport numbers and personal data collected during registration will be used solely for verification and prize disbursement purposes only, and will not be shared with third parties.
  9. Malaysia HR Forum reserves the right to amend these terms and the competition structure at any time without prior notice.
