Introduction to Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

The ONE-day Introduction to Training Needs Analysis (TNA) program is essential for Learning & Development (L&D) personnel, as it equips them with the necessary skills to identify and address competency gaps within their organizations. Attendees will learn to systematically plan and conduct a TNA, utilize effective information-gathering techniques, and analyze data to prioritize training needs.

 

By participating, L&D professionals will enhance their ability to align employee skills with organizational goals, ultimately leading to more targeted and effective training programs.
