Digital Thinking for HR Practitioners: Essentials

The “Digital Design Thinking For HR Practitioners: Essentials” workshop is a 1-day immersive experience designed to equip HR professionals with the skills and knowledge to apply Digital Design Thinking principles in their organizations. The workshop will cover the fundamentals of Design Thinking, explore the process in depth, introduce practical AI use cases relevant to HR, and engage participants in interactive activities, including case studies and brainstorming sessions. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to drive innovation, solve complex HR challenges, and enhance employee experiences using user-centric design approaches.

Module 1: Introduction to Digital Design Thinking

This module introduces Design Thinking principles and their significance in the digital era. It covers foundational concepts, highlights the value of user-centric design in digital innovation, and showcases real-world applications. Gain an understanding of how Design Thinking drives successful digital solutions and enhances problem-solving capabilities.

Module 2: Design Thinking Process Overview

Explore the five stages of Design Thinking—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Learn to understand user needs through research and personas, frame problems, generate creative ideas, build low-fidelity prototypes, and validate solutions with user feedback. This module integrates techniques and tools to apply Design Thinking effectively. 

Module 3: AI Use Cases

This module covers various AI use case types and provides a roadmap for AI implementation, emphasizing data infrastructure considerations. It includes a list of practical AI use cases relevant to defense technology, demonstrating how AI can drive innovation and efficiency. 

Module 4: Case Study, Brainstorming and Presentations

Engage in case study discussions and an Industry 4.0 Maturity Assessment activity. Participants will brainstorm potential AI use cases for defense technology, culminating in a presentation of their findings and strategies for practical application.
