About The Trainer
Vikram Anand is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience, specializing in talent acquisition, strategic HR business partnering, performance management, and overall employee experience. He has worked across multiple industries including technology, consulting, education, and airlines, with significant global and APAC regional exposure. Notable achievements include driving high-volume growth for HSBC Global Technology, PwC SEAC, the British Council, and BAE Systems, where he successfully implemented key HR policies and oversaw major recruitment initiatives.
He is currently the founder of “The Curious Mind Series” LinkedIn + YouTube Live podcast, having previously held leadership roles at PwC, British Council, and BAE Systems & HSBC Global Technology. His expertise spans driving HR transformations, developing HR strategies, and leading teams in complex, matrix organizations. Vikram holds an MBA in HR as well as is an extremely passionate HR professional.
