This half day Seminar on “Mentoring & Talent Management” will aim at providing insights into understanding the nuances of mentoring along with its benefits, the roles and responsibilities of a mentor and a mentee, what does a good mentoring session look like as well as it direct and indirect relation to talent management. We shall also understand a bit more on talent management, how to handle and nurture top talent, providing constructive feedback, having difficult conversations and grooming talent via effective mentoring.

Mr. Vikram Anand

He is currently the founder of “The Curious Mind Series” LinkedIn + YouTube Live podcast, having previously held leadership roles at PwC, British Council, and BAE Systems & HSBC Global Technology. His expertise spans driving HR transformations, developing HR strategies, and leading teams in complex, matrix organizations. Vikram holds an MBA in HR as well as is an extremely passionate HR professional.
