This half day Training Needs Analysis training course will equip you with the knowledge to prepare for a successful training needs analysis.

Learning Objective:

The main learning objective of this course is to provide participants with basic knowledge to start establishing and conducting a systematic TNA project in their company.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to;

 

1.  Prepare a plan for the identification of current and future training needs.

2.  Select and use information-gathering techniques effectively.
