Preamble
This Terms of Purchase document outlines the conditions and obligations applicable to all purchases made through Malaysia HR Forum, including training programs, consulting services, coaching sessions, digital products, and physical goods. By proceeding with any transaction, customers agree to comply with the terms stated herein.
Part 1: Payment and Confirmation
- Training Programs:
- Full payment is required to confirm participation in any seminar or webinar organized by Malaysia HR Forum. Registration must be completed via our official website or through authorized representatives.
- All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to applicable taxes, including 8% SST. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other options listed on our website. A confirmation email will be issued upon successful payment, serving as proof of registration.
- Consulting and Coaching Services
- Bookings require full payment prior to the scheduled session. Payment confirms the appointment and secures the time slot. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled sessions unless otherwise stated.
- Digital Products
- Upon payment confirmation, a download link will be sent to the registered email. The link remains valid for seven (7) days unless stated otherwise. If expired, a new purchase is required. Prices may be displayed in MYR or USD depending on the platform. No additional invoice will be issued; system-generated confirmation serves as proof of payment.
- Physical Goods
- Full payment is required before shipment. Shipping timelines and costs will be communicated during checkout or via email. Malaysia HR Forum is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Part 2: HRD Corp Claims
- Employers intending to claim training fees via HRD Corp must submit all required documentation for approval prior to the training date. HRD Corp approval is the sole responsibility of the employer. Any fees not covered by HRD Corp must be borne by the participant or employer.
