Associate HR Professional 2024

We recently wrapped up an exciting five-day journey designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to kick-start a successful career in Human Resources. Throughout the programme, participants explored key areas of HR, including HR operations, documentation, compliance and policies; recruitment and retention strategies covering sourcing, screening and interviewing; compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and employee benefits design; as well as industrial and employee relations, with a focus on conflict resolution and effective workplace practices. The programme also featured a dedicated career preparation workshop, where participants strengthened their resumes, interview skills and professional etiquette. Through interactive sessions facilitated by experienced HR professionals, participants gained valuable real-world insights and practical knowledge, leaving the programme more confident and prepared to take their first steps into the HR field.
