The Certified Human Resource Analyst (CHRA) programme is designed to equip HR professionals with the capabilities to move beyond traditional HR reporting and develop a more data-driven, analytical and strategic approach to HR decision-making. The CHRA programme helps HR professionals strengthen their ability to understand the story behind HR data and use that information more effectively when communicating with management and making HR decisions.
Participants may register for individual modules based on their learning objectives or complete all three to earn the full CHRA certification.
