The event is open only to candidates with at least 1 year of HR working experience within the past 2 years.

No. Fresh graduates are not eligible as this Career Day is intended for experienced HR professionals only.

Candidates are required to bring at least 10 copies of their resumes.

A minimum of 5 interview opportunities will be guaranteed.

Registration will be from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Late arrivals after 9:00 AM will not be accepted.

Interview briefing and resume shortlisting will begin at 9:00 AM, followed by interviews starting at 9:30 AM.

Yes. Candidates are encouraged to use the resume template provided by the organizer and keep resumes within 3 pages.

Yes. Candidates should dress neatly and professionally. Slippers and round-collar T-shirts are not allowed.

Yes. Candidates are encouraged to join the FREE HR Interview Preparation Webinar on 3 July 2026 at 3:00 PM for interview guidance and tips.

Yes. Candidates are encouraged to stay longer if they wish to attend the maximum number of interviews available.

For Companies

Yes. Participation in the HR Career Day 2026 is completely free of charge for companies.

Only HR-related vacancies are allowed for this event.

No. There is no limit to the number of HR vacancies companies may promote during the event.

A minimum of 2 representatives per company is required. Companies with more vacancies are encouraged to send additional representatives.

Yes. Malaysia HR Forum will conduct basic screening, and only candidates with at least 1 year of HR working experience will be eligible to participate.

The event will operate similarly to a walk-in interview session, with preliminary screening conducted by the organizer.

Yes. Companies are expected to interview candidates shortlisted by Malaysia HR Forum.

Yes. Companies may bring their company banners for display in the interview rooms.

Yes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for participating company representatives.

Yes. A high turnout of experienced HR candidates is expected for the event.
