However, leading organizations go further by using an integrated succession management approach that strengthens both current and future leadership capabilities across the organization. This involves identifying critical roles that may face talent shortages and proactively building a strong pipeline of future leaders. In this program, participants will learn practical tools and techniques to identify talent pools for key positions and develop them for future leadership roles.
