LEGO® Emotional Intelligence at Work: Strengthening Team Performance and Driving Business Results

Programme Overview

Emotional intelligence (EQ) influences how people communicate, collaborate, manage pressure, and contribute to workplace performance. While technical skills help employees complete tasks, EQ affects teamwork, trust, leadership, conflict management, and workplace relationships. Teams with stronger EQ often communicate more effectively, respond better under pressure, and create healthier and more productive working environments.

By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:

  1. Explain how emotional intelligence strengthens teamwork, communication, and business performance.

  1. Recognise personal emotional patterns, triggers, thoughts, and behaviours under pressure using self-awareness techniques and feedback.

  1. Apply practical self-regulation strategies to manage emotional reactions and respond more effectively during workplace challenges.
