1. Examine disciplinary and personnel issues from a legal perspective and identify the relevant employment law considerations.
2. Identify the underlying causes of workplace and disciplinary issues and apply appropriate approaches to address them effectively.
3. Identify different types of major and minor misconduct and determine appropriate disciplinary measures in accordance with applicable employment laws and organisational procedures.
4. Conduct workplace investigations and Domestic Inquiries effectively and in accordance with established legal principles and procedural requirements.
5. Understand the roles and responsibilities of the Domestic Inquiry Panel before, during, and after the inquiry process.
6. Manage and resolve disciplinary and personnel issues effectively and promptly while promoting fairness, accountability, and a disciplined workforce.
